Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and EzSpin ("Platform", "we", "EzSpin"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the website, services, products, and content provided by EzSpin at ezspin.ws and all associated subdomains.

By accessing, registering, logging in to, or using any part of the ezspin platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all game-specific rules published by ezspin from time to time.

Membership Eligibility

Ezspin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may request supporting documentation such as a national ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) EzSpin account. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

Deposits & Withdrawals

• EzSpin reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal of a significant amount.
• Withdrawal processing times: eWallet within 5–10 minutes; FPX bank transfer within 15–30 minutes on business days.

EzSpin does not accept cash payments, money orders, or any payment methods not listed above. Any deposit received through an unapproved channel will be refunded and the account in question may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

Ezspin offers its members a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all ezspin bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the stipulated wagering (rollover) requirements have been fully met.
• The wagering (rollover) requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the total bonus amount received before a withdrawal is permitted.

Betting Rules

All betting activity on the ezspin platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules published for each game category and sport:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the EzSpin system are final and cannot be cancelled or modified except under circumstances stipulated by EzSpin.
• Ezspin reserves the right to void, suspend, or adjust any bet placed based on incorrect odds or inaccurate information resulting from technical or human error.
• In the event of a postponed, cancelled, or incomplete match under official rules, EzSpin will settle bets in accordance with the industry-standard rules applicable to the sport in question.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time delays, and ezspin is not responsible for any bets placed based on outdated information.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market are set by EzSpin and are subject to change without notice.

For live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, the game rules displayed at each respective table apply. In the event of a dispute, the game video recording will be referred to as the final evidence.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the EzSpin platform and may result in immediate account closure without any refund:

• Money Laundering: Using the EzSpin platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Duplicate Accounts: Registering or operating more than one ezspin account, whether individually or in coordination with another party.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting system errors, promotional loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in claiming bonuses.
• Use of VPN for Fraudulent Purposes: Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your true location for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent restrictions.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Another Person's Information: Registering or using an account with another person's identity, bank details, or eWallet information without their consent.

Account Closure & Suspension

Ezspin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age.
• Requests from the relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the ezspin support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any eligible balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, ezspin reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, or winnings in the account without any form of compensation.

EzSpin's Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ezspin shall not be liable for:
